Please read Bayport Supply Services terms of use & privacy policies before placing an order with us below. 

Privacy Policy
 

At no time does Bayport Supply Services share any information of any type with any other company or entity unless specifically asked to do so by the business partner whose information is to be released.

 

 

Quoting Policy
 

Quotes sent from Bayport Supply Services are firm. It is the policy of Bayport Supply Services to offer our very best price on the first quotation.  Having given our very best price it is not possible to lower price at the time of the order.

 

Quotes will include the product part number, description, quantity to be ordered and price for each unit. Prices vary with quantity/volume.  If the order quantity is different from the quote quantity the product price may be increased or decreased depending.

 

Quotes are typically valid for 30 days. If the quote has expired it is not guaranteed that the quote is still valid and must be re-quoted.

 

Delivery

An estimate of the time it will take for the product to be ready for shipment will be provided.  The lead time provided is an estimate only and not a guarantee that product will be ready.  Bayport Supply Services has no liability in the event of product shipment delay caused by either error or unexpected circumstance.

 

Freight

As freight costs are based on dimensions and weight, these will be given with each quotation. At the request of the person or company requesting the quote freight costs will be given for shipment of given product to any location in the world.

 

 

Payment & Credit Policy 
 

Credit

Companies that desire credit terms with Bayport Supply Services can request a credit application and credit check at any time after their first order.  Credit terms will not be considered for customers that are placing their first order.

 

Should a company be qualified for credit terms and be approved by the Bayport Supply Services accounting department, credit terms offered will be net 30 days from date of shipment which will also be the invoice date. All bank charges associated with the order will be at the expense of the applicant.

 

If a company has not placed an order with Bayport Supply Services within 2 years, they must resubmit their credit application and references to reestablish credit with Bayport Supply Services.

 

A draft copy of the letter of credit must be sent for review prior to the actual. Ask your sales contact at Bayport Supply Services for our Letter of Credit Instruction for our bank details and letter of credit terms.

 

All orders over $20,000.00 USD or equivalent value in other currency are subject to additional credit approval by the General Manager of Bayport Supply Services.

 

Direct Payments

Customers that are not set up with Bayport Supply Services on credit terms can make payments by credit card or wire transfer

 

  • We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, & Discover 

  • For orders under $5,000 USD there is no credit card fee.

  • Orders over $5,000.00 USD will have the fee charged by the card companies added to the order. 

  • On orders over $5,000.00 USD, the customer must sign and return the credit card authorization sheet.  If the order is not returnable, the authorization sheet will specify that the card charge is not refundable.  

  • Order will not ship until payment has been received.

 

 

Product Return Policy
 

Stock products can be returned within 30 days of product ship date. There is a 20% restock charge on all returned products and all product must be in original packing and be unused.

 

Freight charges from the warehouse to the end user and back to the appropriate Bayport Supply Services warehouse are the responsibility of the customer.  Freight collect shipments will be refused.

    

A return authorization must be obtained from Bayport Supply Services prior to the return of the product. Products made to order or custom made are not returnable.

 

Product Errors & Omissions

In the case of product errors or product omissions, Bayport Supply Services will, at its sole discretion, replace the product and pay the reasonable cost of return shipping, if necessary, of the incorrect or defective product.

 

Bayport Supply Services is not responsible for any related expenses including, but not limited to, additional labor charges, fees associated with contract delays or any other costs associated with the error or omission.

 

In the case of product shipment delay caused by either unexpected circumstance or by error - omission, Bayport Supply Services will not be held liable for any resulting charges.  Shipment dates given are estimates only and not binding.
